De-sail Taishan is mainly used for offshore fishery aquaculture in Taishan waters.
The total length of the platform is 103.0 m, the total width is 31.5 m, the depth is about 12.0 m, the design draught is 10.0 m, and the aquaculture surrounded by the water body is about 30,000 m3, which is able to resist the wind of 17 levels, the wave height of 9m, and the current of 1m/s with the ability of surviving in harsh sea conditions.
The platform adopts semi-submersible technology and has the function of floating the whole net box, which provides a comprehensive solution for the maintenance of the platform, net coat cleaning and net coat replacement. The platform adopts a hybrid truss structure with truss and floating body, which maximizes the hydrodynamic effect of the platform and the manufacturing cost control, improves the water exchange between inside and outside of the nets, and increases the aquaculture efficiency.
The aquaculture platform mainly consists of main structure, nets, mooring system and aquaculture supporting facilities. The main structure of the aquaculture platform is a steel all-welded structure, consisting of the first box structure, the tail box structure and truss structure. The box is welded by bone material and steel plate, and the first and the last box are connected by truss structure, which is welded by pipe. The aquaculture platform is mainly composed of the aquaculture space surrounded by the truss structure, and the mesh coat is fixed on the main structure, which constitutes the growing space for the fish and prevents the fish from escaping and the invasion of the enemy.
The aquaculture platform adopts a single-point mooring and positioning system, which serves as the root foundation of the fishery in the water and is used to secure the aquaculture platform. The platform is equipped with aquaculture area, intelligent aquaculture control area, energy power area, production material storage area and living area, and is equipped with modernized aquaculture process control equipment such as aquaculture feeding expert decision-making system, multi-channel automatic baiting system, monitoring and surveillance system, wind-solar complementary power generation and storage system, seawater desalination equipment, fire alarm system, and so on, so that it can realize the integrated management of aquaculture and unmanned aquaculture.
